Pubblichiamo la lettera alla redazione degli studenti di Infermieristica di Torino, sede Città della scienza e della salute.
Nelle crisi, sanitaria, sociale e formativa, causate dalla pandemia è stata completamente ignorata l’università e, a maggior ragione, i CdL delle professioni sanitarie, dimostratosi strategiche per la Sanità pubblica.
Il regolamento didattico di Infermieristica prevede un monte ore di tirocinio pratico presso strutture sanitarie, che è parte integrante ed indispensabile del percorso formativo dei futuri professionisti infermieri. Questo è stato negato alle studentesse ed agli studenti della sede AOU-CSS di Torino, in particolare per gli immatricolati nel 2019 che ad oggi avrebbero dovuto fare tre periodi di tirocinio. In alternativa al tirocinio sono stati erogati del laboratori/ simulazioni in remoto, che non possono essere considerati totalmente ed esaustivamente sostitutivi dei tirocini pratici in presenza.
Comprendono l’eccezionalità del momento, ci siamo adeguati ma, dopo un anno di indifferenza del mondo accademico e politico, rivendichiamo il diritto ad un’istruzione universitaria di qualità che ci prepari ad essere infermieri professionisti. Pertanto chiediamo il diritto di poter effettuare il nostro primo periodo di tirocinio in presenza.
Il periodo eccezionale che abbiamo e stiamo vivendo ha richiesto misure eccezionali da parte di tutti, docenti e discenti, anche se non previste dal regolamento didattico, e chiediamo di adottare questa eccezionalità sul regolamento didattico anche per il nostro primo vero tirocinio pratico previsto, pandemia permettendo, per i prossimi mesi di maggio e giugno, non ponendo rigidamente lo sbarramento di infermieristica clinica generale, eccezionalmente per questo anno accademico.
Di fatto sarebbe il nostro primo tirocinio pratico che ci servirà anche per confrontarci con la realtà assistenziale e comprendere se è la nostra strada, quindi chiediamo l’applicazione dei requisiti previsti per il tirocinio pratico del primo anno. Oggi l’ateneo non ci ha dato modo di opinione, ignorando ogni nostra richiesta.
