Da domani la norma sull’esibizione della Certificazione verde Covid-19 (in alternativa sarà richiesto un tampone molecolare o un test antigenico) scatta anche per chi lavora nelle sedi di Montecitorio. Coloro che si rifiutano saranno “assenti ingiustificati”.
Come accadrà per tutti gli altri lavoratori, da domani, 15 ottobre, anche parlamentari (membri del Governo compresi), senatori e loro collaboratori, dovranno mostrare il Green Pass per accedere a Camera e Senato. Una delibera dei deputati questori, trasmessa a tutti i deputati, definisce infatti l’esibizione della Certificazione verde Covid-19 come condizione “inderogabile” per accedere a tutte le sedi di Montecitorio. In alternativa sarà richiesto un tampone molecolare o un test antigenico.
Al deputato/senatore che dovesse rifiutarsi di esibire il documento sarà applicata la sanzione dell’articolo del regolamento interno di Montecitorio per i “fatti di eccezionale gravità che si svolgano nella sede della Camera, ma fuori dell’aula”, ovvero la “censura con interdizione di partecipare ai lavori parlamentari per un periodo da 2 a 15 giorni di seduta”. Oltre a impedire la partecipazione ai lavori per chi non si adegua, la sanzione prevede anche un esborso economico: circa 250 euro al giorno, pari alla diaria non percepita quando non si partecipa alle votazioni.
“Il Senato si è adeguato alla normativa generale sull’obbligo del Green Pass – si legge in una nota congiunta dei senatori questori Antonio De Poli, Laura Bottici e Paolo Arrigoni -. Da venerdì 15 ottobre scatta l’obbligo di esibire la Certificazione verde Covid-19, rilasciata in conformità alle disposizioni vigenti, per accedere alle sedi del Senato. Per i senatori che dovessero violare l’obbligo della certificazione sono previste sanzioni, tra cui la sospensione fino a dieci giorni, con il relativo taglio della diaria, che verrà disposta dal Consiglio di presidenza. La verifica della certificazione verrà effettuata mediante l’utilizzo della app Verifica C19 con l’impiego di dispositivi digitali di proprietà del Senato della Repubblica”.
Non tutti, però, sono d’accordo. Per contestare l’adozione dell’obbligo di Green Pass i parlamentari della componente “l’Alternativa c’è” si apprestano a fare ricorso diretto alla Corte Costituzionale per conflitto di attribuzione. Un ricorso, spiegano, che non intende colpire solo la delibera con cui la Camera dei deputati ha introdotto l’obbligo del certificato, ma lo stesso impianto del Decreto legge sull’obbligo nei posti di lavoro.
