I certificati verdi sarrebbero stati rilasciati in base a visite mai eseguite da un medico della capitale.
I carabinieri del Nas, su richiesta della Procura di Roma, hanno sequestrato nove Green Pass falsi, tra i quali c’è anche quello dell’attore Pippo Franco. L’attività rientra nell’indagine, coordinata dal procuratore aggiunto Paolo Ielo, per il reato di falso a carico di un medico di base e odontoiatra di Roma. Tra le certificazioni false anche quella destinata a un ex magistrato.
Il dottore è accusato di aver rilasciato certificazioni mediche relative a visite mai eseguite e di avere redatto in favore di alcuni assistiti, non vaccinati, documentazione certificata di avvenuta immunizzazione da coronavirus, in modo da consentire illecitamente l’ottenimento del certificato verde.
I Green Pass sequestrati sono stati disattivati nel database del ministero della Salute. In base a quanto si apprende, il documento sarebbe stato utilizzato da alcuni indagati anche per accedere in locali.
